INTRODUCTION

At the beginning of the project, the company’s social media presence had been inactive for months. There was no clear strategy, visual consistency, or alignment between business goals and digital communication. The objective was to rebuild the brand’s online presence from the ground up — connecting leadership’s business vision with a strategic and creative direction that restored coherence, relevance, and consistency across all platforms. Through collaborative sessions with the management team, I identified key goals: increase visibility, improve audience engagement, and humanize the brand through authentic, high-quality content.

STRATEGIC APPROACH

The project started with a complete audit of existing channels and communication practices. Through a structured and measurable approach, I redesigned the foundation of the company’s digital communication to make it strategic, consistent, and scalable. Key steps included: • Understanding the business and documenting services, audience, and context. • Defining SMART objectives and KPIs for measurable growth. • Identifying and profiling the target audience to guide content tone and style. • Developing a refreshed visual identity and unified brand voice. • Crafting a creative brief and validating alignment with leadership before execution. Once approved, I led the production and publication phase, creating a varied content mix that balanced informative, human, and institutional storytelling — designed to reintroduce the brand with clarity and purpose.

Each post was crafted with attention to clarity, tone, and visual harmony. A new publishing rhythm was implemented, supported by an editorial calendar aligned with business goals and communication pillars. The renewed tone of voice was defined as: Professional, optimistic, and collaborative — built on trust, clarity, and impact. This strategic and creative system transformed social media from a neglected space into a consistent, living extension of the brand’s identity.

Within the first months of implementation, the transformation was evident both internally and externally: • +45% increase in engagement rate • Steady follower growth across all platforms • Stronger and more cohesive brand image • Greater employee participation and advocacy The project not only reactivated social media — it reestablished trust, visibility, and pride in the brand’s digital voice.
